The window opens on the date your order is placed and closes 60 calendar days later. A request submitted on day 60 is valid. A request submitted after that window has closed cannot be processed automatically, though you are welcome to contact support and explain the circumstances.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been issued.
Orders and payments are handled by the official supplier and its authorized payment processor, not by this website. Refund decisions and the return of funds are carried out by that supplier under the terms of the guarantee described above.
